Custom Access Platforms
Many of our clients have special requests for an custom access solution where a standard platform is just not sufficient and a new approach to access is required. In these situations, AliSafe can work with you to design and manufacture a custom product that will be fit for purpose.
We will ensure the design not only meets your requirements but also the relevant Australian Standards. Prior to production, AliSafe will confirm each custom platform is designed to your specifications by supplying you with a full set of design drawings for your approval.
The process is very simple:
- It all starts with a basic design from the customer and this is either by way of some simple measurements, a basic hand drawn design or a site visit.
- Once we have all the necessary measurements and requirements for site we will send the customer a some rough pricing to ensure it meets their budget.
- If the budget is meet, AliSafe would then send through a firm price including delivery to site and a draft design drawing to ensure we have meet you all your requirements.
- One the customer raises a purchase order and the design is signed off the platform is ready for production.
- AliSafe will keep you updated as the platform moves from production design through to manufacturing, quality control and finally despatch.
Custom Access Platforms – The process is generally quiet simple and most enquires can be handled over the phone however, if a site visit is required there maybe an additional charge depending on your location.
